先將焊接好的網(wǎng)罩主骨架放入夾具模具中，直接布好網(wǎng)線于夾具模中并收緊，然后放置上網(wǎng)罩平面圍邊排焊機指定位置并對準需要排焊的網(wǎng)罩主骨架上，開啟開關即可自動一次性排焊好單支網(wǎng)罩主骨架上的平面圍邊排焊，在選擇排焊順序時，請采用“十”字對角排焊的依次順序排焊，確保成品的圓弧度均勻。

本機控制器系統(tǒng)采用日本三菱PLC，操作面板采用人機對話界面，界面為中英文（可選）顯示，采用單片機集成電路控制、高精密度拔碼式開關、焊接初級回路采用雙向水冷可控硅控制等先進技術，從而更能保證電流輸出平穩(wěn)、可靠。并采用優(yōu)化設計、高導電磁材料制作，致使設備在空載時損耗低、功率輸出更強勁、穩(wěn)定、壽命更長。
